Understanding and Overcoming Self-Sabotage with Tabitha Azor

Welcome to today’s episode where we will be discussing the topic of self-sabotage. Self-sabotage is a common behavior that can hold us back from achieving our goals and living our best lives.

Self-sabotage is any behavior or thought pattern that undermines our own success and well-being. It can manifest in many ways such as procrastination, self-doubt, negative self-talk, and self-destructive behaviors. Self-sabotage can be conscious or unconscious but always leads to negative consequences.

Self-sabotage can stem from a variety of reasons such as fear of failure, fear of success, low self-esteem, and past traumas. It can also be a way of protecting ourselves from disappointment or rejection. However, self-sabotage ultimately prevents us from reaching our full potential and living a fulfilling life.

The first step in overcoming self-sabotage is to recognize it. Pay attention to your thoughts and behaviors and identify any patterns that may be holding you back. Once you have identified your self-sabotaging behaviors, you can challenge them.

During this conversation, Tabitha and I will explore what self-sabotage is, why we do it, and how we can overcome it.
