Donna Sherrie’s return policy is 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you’ve received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) (e.g. t-shirts) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Paperbacks and digital/downloadable products or items cannot be returned.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
- No refunds are offered on digital products (eBooks, webinar recordings).
- No refunds are offered for live events.
- No refunds are offered for virtual events or virtual event recordings.
- No refunds are offered for any coaching services.
- Individual coaching services may be rescheduled 24-hours prior to the coaching session via the booking link only.
If you have purchased an item applicable for a refund (e.g. t-shirt):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to be received. If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded at this time.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:
